thinking of going somewhere exotic (and warm) late this fall.

thinking spain or central america (and curious about other places like phillipines, mexico, thailand and indonesia, event though unlikely i'll be going there).

anyhow, probably go with a guy, who like me, loves tennis..

now, i'm pretty sure few of these places have good public courts (or any public courts).

i'm thinking we can go to private clubs and pay $XXXXX for a few hours of play.... is this a reasonable assumption? my friend is member of ultra-exclusive club in toronto and i'm member at public club (but i doubt it's like golf where they want recommendation from your club pro)...

anyhow, does anyone have experience with this? can we buy our way into court time at nice tennis clubs in these foreign countries? (and note we aren't talking about G7 type countries).

thanks in advance!!

Consider a place with its own courts, like this:

Never been there. Just internet "window shopping."
