What ever you think would best fit you're game. I've seen, played and heard about people using Spikey with gut or synthetic-gut in 93's. I personally use the OS with straight alu.

I've tried a lot !

16g gut and multis last app. 6 hrs. of singles. Play fine, of course. 28 kg.

Now I mostly use 16g poly for M and 16g syn gut for X. 15-18 hrs. Play ok.

Kevlar/synthetic gut hybrid...well it's the best for me anyway.

I've been wanting to try a kevlar hybrid. Obviously you'd have feel with that setup vs. straight alu, but how does it compare or differ from straight alu.

I didn't like a full ALU job, it was pretty harsh on my elbow. I haven't tried it in a while to I have a few packs in my bag right now to try. Going ot try a full set and then a hybrid with syn gut.

OS: Natural gut @ 67-70lbs (Doesnt last long though)
But generally i like some good sythetic like the Prince original or silent partner original @ 63 for my POG.

But on the mid i dont know

In 2 of my POG's I have Ashaway Kevlar 18g for M and Ashaway Liberty 16g for X. Both 28 Kg.

It plays very dead, but when you get used to it and take full swings, it produces good spin and control.
