If you wanted to make a custom stencil, what would be the best material? I'm thinking paper would just bleed through. Let me know what you think.

over head transparency + xacto knife = reuseable stencil.

Extra thick printer paper (or two sheets) with soft lamination.

Yeah TennsDog. Draw your stencil on a piece of paper/cardboard, laminate it, then cut it out with a stanley knife.

Or you can get one of those plastic folders that kids use in school. They're already see through and you just have to cut out the design.
