I was wondering what tension you guys string your back up frames at. I mean, obviously i won't be using my back up racquet as much, so it'd spend a lot of time doing nothing, but when I actually have to play with it, i don't want it to feel too loose. Right now I string my hybrid on my main frame at 57/59, so should I string my back up racket tighter? how much is good enough?

String your back-up racquets at the same tension. Tension loss is negligible and it's mostly a mental thing if you let it bother you enough. Personally I string all four of my racquets at the same tension, sometimes I break through all four in a timely fashion, sometimes it may take as much as a week for a racquet to go, but either way I'm always prepared for the worst.
