prince precision graphite 640. My dad used to use this racquet and now its just hainging around the house.... does anyone know stiffness weight etc. Thanks.
I love the 640 and have 5 of em. 95 sq in head, 67 flex, 20 mm straight beam, 11.8 oz unstrung, 31 Ocm balance. If your Dad's has a 4-1/2 grip, I'd like to buy it.

is that the green/purple old medvedev racquet?
Yeah, green and purple. The last great stick that Prince ever made, discontinued around 1997, basically a 95 sq in version of the Original Graphite. Enqvist and Novotna used to use it, too. The 690 was the longbody version of it.

I'm using the 690 longbody as a replacment for my Chang Ti MP (too many string breaks with the 14x18 pattern). It's a nice racquet if you like 28" longbodies - I've added a heftier grip and overgrip and it's now 12.2 oz. strung, 12 points light, flex of 65, 16x20 pattern, 95" head size. Yes, it's purple and green, original grip was black DuraTac.
