I ordered a starting clamp for the rare instances I come up a bit short on those last pulls. How do I actually use the clamp? I figured you just clamped the end of one string to the end of a piece of scrap and tensioned.

When I got my clamp I realized there were little holes in the head of the clamp. Do you put the string through the holes first? Then bend it around and into the gripping part?

Yup. The short string from the frame goes into the clamp. The scrap string loops through the holes and back into the gripper.

By the way, you can check out this thread (http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/showthread.php?t=124478&highlight=starting+clamp) about uses of a starting clamp.

Feel free to ask any more questions if in doubt and we'll be glad to help.

Kind regards
