umm what makes a running shoe different from a tennis shoe?? how will it affect me playing. what are the pros and cons of using running shoes while playing tennis lol.

no side to side support...i would strongly recommend against running shoes for tennis..

I used running shoes for tennis... once, bent back my big toenail, over the next weeks it went black and dropped off.

A tennis toe box of the shoe is completely different to a running shoe toe box.

A running show had less lateral support (much less) and less arch strengthening (no big bit of plastic running heel to arch).

They really are completely different. Don't run in tennis shoes (it hurts, I've tried). Don't play tennis in running shoes (it hurts, I've tried).
