Someone sent me this link and I wanted to share the photo of an older Alpha Pioneer drop-weight stringing machine that had been put onto an Eagnas stand and converted using a Wise tension head. I love it from the standpoint of combinations of "whatever is needed/available to get the setup like you want it."

Thank you, Leon R. (whoever you are) for the link. :)

One of the guys who visited the photo project page sent me the link. "McGuyver Europa" would be the full title, I think. ;)

Pretty neat and basic, I thought, just to see the pieces come together.

Pretty cool...some great photos.

BTW...remember how proud I was about my "project" to bolt my Alpha machine to my cart? Now, not so much....

A member of the TW forums, by any chance?

If so, I'd like to ask them about posting these images to the image library (if I can figure out who they are).

He used to post here. He posted those photos a long time ago. Maybe a search would find him.

There was another who modified his drop weight to accept the wise tension head. That was a nice project as well.
