Anyone hit with the Shark MP....any impressions to share?

I hit with the OS version for a while. I used to play with the old Thunderbolt OS and it had a bit of that same feel. The bottom line was I didn't feel like it had the same solid feel that I've gotten from other new racquets from the Head (LM Radical) or Wilson (N5) line. In a word - it felt "Princey".

What do you mean it felt "princey"? :) how about the power compare to the LM 8 or LM Prestige or LM Radical???

A local pro just started hitting with the Shark, and he compared it to a Babolat Pure Drive.

my tennis coach actually had a couple of sharks he was hitting with, and he said feel free to try it out. i was too shy, and just tried it out on a couple of serves. it was light, and the neck was really thick. it felt really weird for me, almost like it was hollow or something. i guess im just used to playing with a heavier racket. didnt really get to feel out the power or control of the racket, just that it was pretty light.

i think it has a bit more power than both, but then again, i only got to serve twice with it.

That would have been the oversize with the fat neck, I believe?

yea i believe it was the oversize. im pretty sure that i saw oversize, and i know for a fact that my coach likes oversized sticks.
