I ight now I have a 4 3/8 with two overgrips on it. it is the right size but has a spongy feel because of the two overgrips. i have ordered my new racquets with 4 3/8 grips. should i try half size or full size heat shrink sleeves to equal the grip size of my old racquet with the two overgrips?

I think I would. If you like to play with overgrip u should order a half-size, if u like to play only with original grip, then try the full size. I had the same problem and ended up ordering a 4 1/2, with the idea of not playing much with overgrips anymore.

thanks. i definately will use overgrips so ill try the half size. are the sleeves easy to put on or do i need to look for a stringer or something?

They are very very easy. I put two on in less than a minute.

i have ordered my new racquets with 4 3/8 grips.
I already ordered them so I can't go with 4 1/2. plus two overgrips dont equal a whole grip size do they?

not sure ...you might want to contact your local pro if you havent already on how to increase the size without using an abundance of overgrips

sweet. did you use a heat gun or what?Yeah. It's a Milwaukee brand one that I use for my hockey sticks as well. Any type of heat gun or hair dryer should work.

But... if you use 2 overgrips and like the size and still want to use one, a half-size sleeve plus grip plus overgrip will equal the grip plus two overgrips, but not feel so soft, which is just what you want. Yay.
I'm sorry, I don't speak english well.
Overgrip is less feeling your raquet.
Exact correct grip is only one replacement grip.
If you want expand your racquet grip use balsa-wood sheet under replacement grip. This is a well-tried.
