Check out Gamma X-2 or Klippermate. Each are around $130-140.

if you want to wait a week (maybe two, depending on how many racquets i can find to string!) i can tell you what i think of the x-2.

o well, i kinda don't want to get a dropweight machine. so what im looking for is the cheapest non-dropweight stringing machine

I believe that's the cheapest non-dropweight that [looks] capable of putting out a decent stringjob. I wouldn't trust cheap electronic machines at all.
