Which book is the best for physical training for tennis (weight training). I need to have some exercises for the elbow ... etc.
Weight training ?

The following are my favorite books concerning weight training and muscle health. Only one of them is specific to tennis, but I consider the other 3 to be invaluable. Especially the Trigger Point Therapy book if you're experiencing aches and pains from tennis and/or weight lifting.

Beyond Brawn by Stuart McRobert

The Insiders Tell All Handbook on Weight Training Technique by Stuart McRobert

I think Core Performance by Mark Verstegen is a great book.
