Table Tops

hi guys,
I am going to be buying a machine first time and want it to be electric or crank.(NO DROPWEIGHT) I wanted to know if tabletops were bad they are much cheaper. Are they acurate with tension?

Also i need some good suggestions for under $600 for a first time stringer.

Easy call - Alpha Revo! I would avoid those cheap electric machines. A solid crank, with a very good mounting system, good clamps - under $600 - Do a search you will find many happy Revo users on this board.
