If i put my tennis racquet's outside in the cold for a while, will the strings get stiffer or will the tension increases?
Like after a long match, the tension decreases, so for the tension to go up a little.

I think of strings out in the cold as the same as a vinyl tarp or something like that--easy to work with in the summer, but more stiff in the winter. My first excursion into the cold (low 40's) this fall was an eye opener because of my two new racquets, the looser one that I thought was no good at 50 lbs tension was actually a LOT more playable in the cold. I run them around 57-59 for normal play, but they behave as if the tension is higher in the cold because the elasticity is reduced by the temp.

So the stiffness increases? What about tension? ??/

i don't think tension increases in any circumstance, hot or cold. Strings will only lose tension after you've installed them.
