Topspin at lower tension.

I've heard that at higher tensions you get more topspin. Now there is a new theory that says that with lower tension (50 or below) you can produce even more topspin.
Does anyone heard about that?
I play with Luxilon Big Banger Alu Power Rough @ 58lbs and I can generate a good topspin. Now some stringers recommend 50lbs.
What do you think?

lower string tension always equals more top spin because the ball stays on the string bed a while longer than on higher tensions , so it gets a lot more of your upright swing resulting in better top spin production..
