I am trying to take apart the rotational gripper on my Alpha Pioneer so that I can tighten the tension rod and female hub so they stop wiggling. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this with out damage?

Thanks

If memory serves me right, just remove the center bolt assembly. There might be a set screw that can be tightened to fasten the arm more securely.

Can you email me at carloscelis79@hotmail.com so that can get your email and send you a picture and you can tell me which screw to remove, I see 4 of them.

I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

just contact alpha.

i don't have one personally, but from what i've read, it seems like alpha's customer service is beyond this world.
