Hey guys I'm having a little trouble with my serving toss. I've been watching the pros on tennisplayer.net and I just don't understand how they get the toss so high with such a slow motion upwards. I have this urge to raise my arm rapidly when I toss, and it throws off my motion and my toss. Has anybody else ran into this stumbling block, or has some good advice on this?
Thanks a ton

Funny... I had the same question as well. Attempting to improve my toss, I am not flicking the wrist too much, just lifting my palm, in order to toss without spin. Sometimes the toss happens to be too low. Any ideas?

Throw the ball while you shift your weight forward and you'll also notice that pros have their arms straight arm so after you release the ball, keep going until its straight up. I think thats how; at least, thats how I throw it high.
