View Full Version : i just sent my shoes to Adidas for a replacement but..

i just sent my shoes to Adidas today for a replacement
but 3 hours after sending them
i found myself forgot to include a check for their return shipping charge...
what can i do?
is it going to work if i call them after a week or two??
please help...T.T

i would say calling them to let them know you are sending the check would be the best plan. i also was able to get a new pair of shoes through their warrenty program a few months ago. i had the new pair in about a week after sending them my old pair.

yea, i guess you could go with the above suggestion. i just got my replacement pair last week from adidas. they sent me the same color.

May be able to contact customer service and pay the return postage with a credit card.

i did the same exact thing! but i realized it about 30 minutes before fedex was going to pick up so i opened the edge of the bag and stuff it in there...now lets hope adidas doesnt deny my replacement for another reason :-)
