For clay court play, any opinions as to which shoe is better, the Nike Vapor IV (Federer shoe) vs. the Addias Barricade IV (Tennis Magazine Editor's Choice)?

Thanks for any info.

well i don't know about clay court play but the barricades is a lot better for me especially that i have a wide fit and the vapors are really narrow fit ...

Anybody know how they compare in terms of durability?

I have never had any other tennis shoe besides the Barricades, but it seems like some other shoes might last longer. Once my warranty pair is worn, I'll have all kinds of fun decisions to make again.

I remember on TTC Federer showed a pair of his shoes after one match and they were about as worn as mine are after a month. I guess there just isn't much you can do about that and still maintain traction and comfort.

ive played with both shoes, the b4s are much mroe durbale but the vapor 4s have better cushioning.

Vapor all the way.

People say the vapor 4s look nice, but up close you realize that the BC4s are built of much higher quality materials. The vapors outer body is just one big piece of plastic, they look so cheap.
