Hi everybody. I developed soreness in my arm from basketball. I think it's because I am a three-point specialist and therefore shoot from the outside often. But tennis is my main sport and with the high school season around the corner I want the pain gone. It's actually more on the medial end of the elbow (I think that's right) meaning the lower end of the tricep. But it's in the elbow area. The soreness actually seemed to "move" a little because at first I thought maybe it was golfer's elbow but there isn't really pain in the inner elbow any more. Does anyone know what this is? Also I can't really rest it as far as doing nothing because my basketball team is in playoffs now, plus I want to practice tennis obviously. Does this sound like tennis elbow? My forearm doesn't really seem to be sore. I lift russian kettlebells too so it is built up from that. Should I still try to do exercises such as squeezing a tennis ball, etc.? I just want the pain gone asap!  Okay thanks much for any help.
