My first tournament is in a week. It's a usta tournament. Can anyone give some tips or anything aobut getting ready and playing?

This is my schedule:

Week of Tournament

Meal: Healthy and lots of carbs
Practice
Match play


Day before Tournament

Practice
Match play
Meal: Carbs and Water
Sleep at least 8 hours
visualize match: winning match/playing well
Check gear: change grips, pack hats, water bottle, towel, wrist bands, etc...

Day of Tournament

Wake up 3 hours before match

Wear best shoes, shirt, wrist bands
Meal: Healthy breakfast(fruit, eggs, milk, bread)
No sugar

30 minuets before match

Drink vitamin or fruit smoothie
break sweat (run 10 minutes)
stretch
Warm up, hit balls

20 Minutes before match

Eat bananas, granola bars, grapes during match, drink fluids during match

would school pizza be okay to eat for lunch everday the week before the tournament? cuse thats the only good food we have at school.
