What's the difference between Men's and Junior Sizes?

So, I'm getting a birthday present for my little brother. I decided to get him tennis shoes and decided on Barricade IV's. He wears size 7, and I was wondering if there is a size difference between the Adult Barricade IV's and the junior ones, since they have size 7 in both, and I don't feel like shelling out another 50 bucks. did you find an answer? Were you able to compare men's 7.0 with junior 7.0 for Barricade 4? I had the same question but tennis shops don't have junior 7.0 in stock.

my friend got barricade 4 6.5 junior and he said that they are much narrower than the regular 6.5. also i think they are lighter then regular, and he really regrets not spending money on the adult barricade 4.
