Looks like murray served @ 145mph at the san jose open against kevin kim. Any one watched it? I think he is going to be a force to reckon with this year, in light of his improved fitness!!

He always looks to me as if he should have a huge serve. The position that he gets into to launch the serve is as good as anything out there.

He doesnt have much snap in his serve. But I agree the setup and launch position looks great.

He needs to work more on his fitness/stamina/endurance so he can play more than a few 5-setters in a slam.

the gun juiced up there... I was watching some of the matches online and most players hit 130-135 with ease in there..

I've seen him serve 135-138 so I guess 145mph is possible with a gun that's not totally accurate.

Now all he has to do is make sure he get's his percentage above 30 and he'll be laughing! ;)
