ATP Men's Updated Rankings (monday, February 19th 2007) :

Last week has been better than the previous week for ATP tournaments, with 3 very interesting victories :

> Andy Murray defeated Ivo Karlovic in the final at San José, CA. (and Andy Roddick in the semi-final 76,64), yet he hasn't improved his ranking #.13 (unlucky number?) but Ivo is up +33 to #.70.

> Guillermo Canas def. top seed Juan Carlos Ferrero to win the Brazil Open, and is continuing his climb up the ATP rankings +44 places to #.63

> Gilles Simon who surprised many by winning the final in Marseille 64,76 against the big favourite Marcos Baghdatis (who, despite this good result is still #.17). Gilles has gained 15 places and is now #.43 (très, très bien mon ami).

The biggest progression this week goes to an old friend, Gustavo Kuerton who got through the 1st round in Brazil, def. Filipo Volandri 63,61 but couldn't get past the 2nd round. Let's hope that we will see this immense champion come back to some regular tennis this year.

The 2 most notable drops are for Arnaud Clement -20 places to #.55 and the young serbe Janko Tipsarevic -16 to #.91 (lost 1st round in Marseille to Marcos 63,64).

So, here are the ********** ATP Rankings, a unique feature is the DELTA index showing the UPS and DOWNS makes the variation in rankings much easier to follow from one week to the next.

These ATP Rankings are presented in a ********** page which gives direct access to the each player's file in the CT Database.

Here are the 3 presentations of this week's ATP Rankings :
