I love Spadea.
He is just fun and a rare personality on the tour; he is a the consumate professional; touring, getting paid to play, travelling the world and meeting some fine ladies. He appears to be a class act in interviews.
He's ousted some of the top talent's in the world and as many know; finally won his first tourney at the age of 30 in Scottsdale in 2004
I just want to see this guy win one more; make that last final dream run in a Slam.
Your thoughts ?

I was watching him against Andy Roddick a few days ago... he surprised me with how good he is. I dont think he's leaving the tour anytime soon. He's very good and I wouldn't surprised if he won a few more tournaments or made a good run at a slam
He's crazy though

Vince is the man. It would be sweet if he made a run in a slam.

A lot of older guys play their best tennis toward the end of their careers: Korda, Sanguineti, Santoro. Karel Novacek was coaching Spadea at Delray Beach; hiring a former top 10 as a coach... I assume Spadea is quite serious about his game.

I like Spadea...he is really playing well again...his backhand is unreal. He may win another title...should have won a couple of more (RCA versus lapenti, Delray couple yrs ago)... but no way a GS...his age works against him so winning 6 matches over 2 weeks? nope.

I think he'll win one more event... he's a battler. It might take the right circumstances, but I think he's always got a shot.

Spadea ain't afraid if ya?
Vince is the pimp. The tour needs more characters.

I predict he'll break his 21 match consecutive losing streak and then retire in disgust and frustration.
