I knew writing to companies could get you stuff, even without the greatest rankings- Just be sincere that you do use the product and tell them about where you are at now, and what you are hoping to accomplish.

I still suggest a WRITTEN LETTER over EMAIL, and find the marketing V.P. using compuiter search. You would be AMAZED at what just a LITTLE work will get you-I mean, you will come home to like a package on the door step with headbands, posters, discount ordering blanks- all they can say is "NO"
(and they won't)- All it costs is like a little time and a stamp.

You will want to keep track/ keep a record of who you wrote to, and watch the mailbox.

The junior girl I'm currently coaching just received an invitation from Prince to be on their player's program. She didn't seek for sponsorship... they found her.

She's ranked top 20 in section (So Cal... tough) and ranked high nationally. Sometimes when you play in a national tournament and the rep witness someone whipping their prized Sponsored pupil in a Babolat, they take notice.

Unfortunately Babolat isn't as generous....

Lots of good advice here though.

Mello, if you speak with a rep for babolat, im sure they'll make a fantastic offer.. Although they don't go out recruiting as much ( as its already a hugggggeeeeeee team), they pretty much spoil their players..If you're interested, take a look.

Puredrive.... thanks for your input! Maybe we'll show Bab rep the invitation letter and see if they will be as accommodating.

:] it couldn't hurt, especially if she prefers babolat equipment.
