i played like 5 days in a row and last night i felt like i had no pop on serve or groundstroke, arm felt tired is this a known phenomenon? how much rest should you take between matches?

Is it a known phenomenon? Well obviously, the more you play, the more you will fatigue. Take a days rest and try it again. Eventually, if you play everyday, you will get used to it.

More information would be helpful. If you are a professional player, you are in very bad shape.
If you are just beginning, you are overplaying and not giving your body time to recover.
Also, your form may be in need of some correction. You may be using your arm too much, as oppposed to having a smooth, motion that starts with the legs, waist, torso, and so on. A proper stroke will not tire you as much as will "muscling the ball".
Your grip choice may also have something to do with it. Western-style grips will require more arm strength than, say, an eastern grip.
Hitting off-center balls can also wear down your arm.
Just a few thoughts-- hard to say, though, without more info.

i am a 4.0 rec player, started playing a little more since weather got warmer, do use a western grip, problem is probably more related to serve than groundstrokes. thanks

Not a good sign. Don't push it at all. Days rest. If it comes back, quit and see an MD.

That's probably your body telling you to slow down and take a break.

Some proper pre-game and post-game stretching will help the body to recover faster if you play on consecutive days.

I agree, if you are a 4.0, I don't think this is a normal reaction from serving- even after playing 5 days in a row, unless you have some hitch in the serve, or something unusual in your motion, or possibly you have not been playing so much lately and were not in shape (but you don't say that).
Sometimes fatigue is also a mental thing (but I have no evidence for even suggesting that- just tossiing it out).
I also agree, that you should take some rest time to recover. Then pace yourself when you start, again. If the problem persists, get to the Dr.

I get this sometimes. My observation is: the stiffer the racquet I use, the faster my arm "dies" and I get no pop on my serve. IE:Babolat PD+. It feels like no matter how much I try to get pace I cannot whip my arm around any longer. I use a 58 stiffness racquet rating nowadays and I don't have any problems. But the minute I pick up a stiffer stick (weight doesn't effect me really) I notice my arm dies!
A good nights sleep or one day off usually puts me back @ 100%.
