View Full Version : Which Shoe for me? (yes, another thread from me)

This is the second thread in so many days. The last one barely got any responses and didn't help much.

(please don't think of me as a spoiled brat who's spamming the board with threads because older ones go unnoticed :-( )

That note aside, here's what I'm looking for:

-Something that's cushioned and good for long, long periods of walking+wear
-Good stability for really really aggressive moving, but still lightweight for speedy movement.
-Good fit for my medium width foot, preferably something not-so-wide in the midfoot-forefoot region.
-Decent sole durabilty--I'll be using the shoe all summer.

So, which one is good for me (check the poll, please), and why? Any other suggestions are welcome!

Thanks in advance.

I just got a pair of Barricade IV's. I love them. They have the right amount of cushioning, but are very stable. I was looking at the Nike Breathe Free II's, but they didn't fit my foot as well as the Barricade's did. Also, I didn't feel as stable and sold in those as I do in my Barricade IV's. The Barricade sole is also at the top of the line.

305's. Great traction with and very lightweight. Overall, great shoe.

Barricades are good, but he wants lightweight, so the yones 305's are probably the best. Barricades are kinda heavy.

Barricades IV but you never included the Nike Air Max Breathe 3!

yeah. either of the yonex's

the barricades are great shoes, but they are heavy and if your playing clay you won't want those

Reebok Triple Break Pump. I got the Silver/Blue colorway and those O-holes in the shoe actually help breathability a ton. They're lighter and more cushioned than BIIIs, can't speak to durability yet.
