in that picture, i was wondering what a kick/twist serve might be. its confusing since it seems as if a kick/twist serve is a serve with both topspin and side spin, which could fall under two categories there. i was hoping someone could clarify where the placement for a twist/kick serve would be and what the topspin/slice serve was.

Part of the problem with this topic is no consistency in the definitions of the labels for serves. For example: in my nomenclature, what they call "topspin/slice", I would call "twist". What they call "topspin", I would call "kick"...

Actually, its the twist that should be labled as a kick. This thing is quite exaggerated and you wouldn't actually throw the ball behind you that much or to the right that much.
