Just bought a pair of Barricade after using Yonex 305 and they feel harsh, hope I don't need a "month" to brake in them...

my barricade II did not take long to break in but my barricade IV took a couple of times but they are worth it after they break in...or at least they are to me.

IT WAS IN!!!

i took 2-3 weeks to break my IVs in but i ditched them for some feather 2's i bet the feather 3's are even better

Barricade is a stiff shoe

I own 3 pairs of Barricade II's (btw, Adidas now officially calls them the "Classic Barricades") and I've always needed about 1 or 2 weeks to really break them in.

After that though, they are the most comfortable tennis shoe ever. Much better than the Nike's and Diadora's I've owned.

I used to wear a pair of BIII's that took me about a month to break in but I ended up switching back to the Feather II's even though they have durability issues and they take literally no time to break in

Why would you downgrade from the 305s to the Barricades?

How can you be an adidas loyalist and never owned a pair of barricades? :D The barricade series is the only line of adidas shoes I really like.

Check out some adidas outlets. The last 2 pairs of BIIs I paid $46 and the last 2 pairs of BIIIs I paid $39.
