I am 5 foot 4, 140 pounds, play doubles on junior varsity. I have a one handed flat sometimes a little bit of a topspin forehand., a strong two handed backhand that is mostly topspin, sometimes flat, a developing one handed slice backhand, and an average slice or topspin serve, with good vollying skills. My past racquets were a Wilson n6(way too much power) and a Prince Turbo Beast(a little too light, but has about the right amount of control and power).

you could currently get a good deal on the ntour 95. good power and control and not too heavy since you'd like to keep maneuverability at the net. give it a demo and see how you feel with it.

If you haven't tried the M-Fil 300, it may be just right for you. I think it's set up a little better for power and spin than the LM Radical, but a lot of people pitch both of those frames in the same group.

Another thought is either the Volkl Tour 9 V-Engine in 16x19 or the Prince Tour Diablo midplus. Demo-demo-demo!

Wilson (K)six-one tour 90 &95. Prince 03 white.

thats a pretty big difference. the (K)'s and then the Prince O3 White???????

they are completely different racquets, and neither of them would be good for him.

You need to look at a midplus, but demoing is really the only way to find the right racquet.

If you are a doubles player you will need feel at net, which the o3 white does not have any of......i would recommend mfil 200/300 or some of the wilsons like the k factor/ ncode team or 95 rackets.

kk sorry... I'll put some up for you.

Dunlop M-fil 200
Dunlop M-fil 300
Dunlop Aerogel 200
Dunlop Aerogel 300
Kneissl Tom's Machine (not familiar but seems to be around your specs and looks cool =])
of course the RDS's
Volkl Tour V-engine 10 mid/midplus
Wilson nTour nCode (STEAL!!!)
and there is a Ksixone 95 strung w/ ALU power in the Liq bin, for 140........thats almost worth just buying for the heck of it.
also in the bin, Wilson nCode nPS.........GREAT racquets but they are demos so not guaranteed great condition, but for 55 bux, worth buying and reselling for 80 or so if you don't like it

if i can be of any more help just ask.

the radical and npro open have different specs.

He's looking for something with a 98- headsize and a more baseline racquet the LM and the nPro open are both all court racquets.

IMO try the pure drive. A lot of people here will bash it, but I demoed about 20 racquets (all sorts), and it was my favourite one. Also try the RDS 001 by Yonex.
