I"m not sure what the name of the strings mean. Can someone tell me? For example, 'mains skip 1T and 2T' what holes would those be?

T = Throat
H = Head
# = the corresponding hole from the center main strings.
There is a diagram that can explain this better on the Silent Partner website. Scroll down almost 75% of page.

Don't confuse the "T" with Klippermates notations:
T = Top of racquet head
B = Bottom of racquet head

Just like he said. Throat and Head are the most common. But Top and Bottom are also used. (Note, it's dangerous to confuse Throat (bottom of the racquet head) with Top (top of the racquet head))
Also, the number corresponds with the number of grommets from the center of the frame. 1H would be the first grommet from the center, on the top of the racquet. For each number, there's gonna be two grommets with that designation. One on each side of the center.
