I have a suggestion. I do not see an option yet for creating an Agassi Radical type racquet. Something like a 100 - 107 sq in tight string pattern (18x20) Similar to what Serena is using now. Would like to make a request for that option and think it might sell well. Thanks!

they don't have a 107sq inch head size...only 90,95,100 and 105

It's not particularly clear that even Wilson makes a racquet FOR SALE similar to what Serena is using -- her weight and string pattern are often custom. Wilson has told me a few times that oversize racquets (over 100 inches at any rate) that are not fairly light simply don't sell very well. Vantage sells a 105 that can be had up to about 11.2 ounces strung; one can always add more weight, I suppose. I've hit with the Vantage and liked it.

I have a 100-inch Vantage and i really like it (RA 63)!

I'm also interested in buying a 105 but Iím a little concerned about the two stiffness choices. An RA of 70 seems really stiff...

Have you played with one and does it play stiff?

I have one with RA 70, which I am told is more like 68 after assembly, and I like it. One of my main problems with stock racquets was that the hoops were weak. I had to add lead to 9, 12 and 3 on all of them. But the Vantage with RA 70 is perfect. Mind you, I string at 53 lbs so I don't experience any arm issues that others may have.

Thanks...

I suppose i could also string at the low end of the spectrum.

The Vantage 105 I've used is 70 flex unstrung, somewhat lower strung. That stiffness works nicely in the racquet. I've tended to prefer the 70 flex Vantages for the more effortless power they provide.

Yeah, I have a Vantage 100 in. frame in 63 RA, and I've concluded that it's just a little too flexy kinda wet noodle feeling. I would say go with the 70 RA for sure.

It seems like "65" is the new "62" in tennis....most of the recent "player's" racquets are creeping up in stiffness in keeping with the push for more power.

Does anyone remember the Vantage discount code?

I tried the two old codes and they no longer work.

Does anyone have a new code that works?

Does it feel stiff? Where do you string the 105?

Where do I string it? Not quite sure what you're asking. It has Klip K-Boom in it and does not feel harsh with only a rubber band as dampener. Stiff? Feels like some 67 or even 66 racquets I've used.

I have 2 Vantage racquets 70 RA and I tested them out on a RDC machine and they were both 64 stiff _UNSTRUNG so I believe maybe a 70 RA plays like a 62 probably it doesnt feel stif even with polys
