for the past couple weeks now, the weather has made tennis outdoors pretty much impossible and there isnt a club near enough to play on the weekdays. so what are the best drills, training exercises, and weight routines to be doing indoors?

i like to press the channel button a lot times to build up hand strength.

You should pratice doing step ups on stairs, and also curl, curling will keep your arms in shape, so when you get back to playing, they won't hurt like heck.

in NY you can never anticpate the weather. in ny, play indoors.

You could do footwork drills or get up in the gym just working on yo' fitness.

get a giant rubber band and attach it to a door and pull it as your strokes.

topspin 1 was fun the first 2 days but it was way to easy

i have top-spin 2. its sick. kinda easy tho on 1 player when you start to get good.

Simple jogging for endurance helps immensely, its funny how so many people seem to overlook what you can get out of a good run.
