help!!!!please!!!!

okay. i need serious help! it's on how to really hit the ball on the rise because when i'm on the baseline hitting shot's, i can't hit a ball anywhere. it either goes over the other side of the base line or hit's the net.

but when i'm about 5-7 ft. off the baseline. i can hit any shot that i want. it's crazy. idk how i can do that. i kinda play like nadal, running and chasing down every ball! one problem is when my opponent hits a really short shot and i can't get there in time to hit a really good shot.

any suggestion. it would help. thanks!

I'm too tired so I'll pull a Marius Hancu and ask you to do a search.
There are countless threads on this.

Basically the gist is bend your knees, don't lean back and hit your regular forehand stroke. Just gotta time it right.
