does anyone know what the best method is for sticking a coin to my buttcap? ive tried blutack and double sided tape but after a hitting session theyd both loosen up and id have to reapply

i also dont want to just tape it all up under my overgrip, incase it ruins my actual grip

take off the butt cap and stick it inside.

the 20c coin wont fit inside the buttcap

what im doing now is bluetack + taping the coin to the buttcap while its off, then inserting it back in

seems like itll come off tho haha

I do this a lot for my clients. It allows them to get an idea of what a racquet will feel like with a certain amount of weight in the handle without making it permaneant. I ALWAYS use the foam double-sided mounting tape. I've seen it hold a quarter to a butt cap for over 6 months. Warning, once you remove the coin, you will need quite a lot of "goo gone'' or some other adhesive remover to get the tape off. Hope this helps.

I take Lead tape, foldem up and stick it between the crevice between the butt cap and the end of the racquet handle if u know what i mean...

Maybe you could stick the coin in the buttcap with double-sided tape, and then cut two long pieces of athletic tape and stick them parallel to the handle in order to hold the coin to the buttcap. This would be best done on the bare handle, and then re-wrapping the grip on top of it.
