does anyone make a slip cover or somethng to put over my racquet while its in my bag. Just to try to keep it protected from banging around with other stuff in my bag.

I've been using the nylon sack that came with the Pro Kennex Laver Heritage series racquets. Seems to work quite well.

.

uh those are satin pillowcases. I am not pulling a racquet in a satin pillowcase out of tennis bag. That would be a little weird.

i keep one of the racquet covers that came with my racquets inbetween two racquets on one side of my bag, and on the other i keep another racquet cover inbetween two racquets with another racquet inside the cover...works great...

after a long, harsh, scraping day on the court i'm sure your racquets would appreciate being blanketed in satin rather than some cheap, nylon rice sack or a stuffy racquet case. nothing weird or gooberish about reasobably taking care of your racquets -- especially on long drives or flights.

Some of the Volkl Tour frames came with a carrying "sack" which cinched up at the butt and would fit in a racquet bag or it had a cord which could go over the shoulder. I referred to it as a shroud.

I use the Pro Kennex and Vantage racquet sacks. They work well to protect the frame while in the bag and don't take up very much room. Also, look at using fleece to make a racquet sack - good protection and there are some neat colors available. I like to treat my frames well and hopefully, they will treat me well!
