Fake Flexpoint?

i have found this racket on e bay, can anyone tell me if this is a fake?
i've put some pictures on imageshack to make it easier.

the grip and cardboard thing look different, but does that mean this is a fake?

I don't really trust **** with my tennis equipments. Even if its a couple of dollars cheaper, I rather buy it from here or from an Authorized Sporting Good's store near my house. Its not worth it since if you buy something cheap you'll always have to buy it twice.

I say it is fake. HEAD puts a White Grip on all Flexpoint Radical racquets. The cardboard header card is not the correct design.

If you have any doubts, don't get it. Looks messed up to me, so I'd steer clear of the shady E@#Y racket.
