I have used the NB 1002 and the front sole wears out in 2 months on hard surface playing 2-3 times per week... Any suggestions on longer lasting shoes that are cut wide.. I wear a 10 1/2 D

thanks, Ken

As many people will confirm on this board, Adidas Barricades are among the most durable – they take a lot of punishment on the court. I have wide feet, and the BIV fits me well. Keep your receipt, and get a free pair if they wear out within 6 months.

I will also vouch for the durability of the Barricade 4's. They are however, a bit on the heavy side, although honestly, that's not much of a problem. (If you can't lift an extra 1-2 ounces with your leg muscles, something's wrong). I plan on waiting until June 25th because that's when adidas will be selling new color barricades.

Edit-
In the Question section.
Sorry for the delay Chris.

Adidas Barricade IV:

Silver/Black - 6/25
White/Blue - 6/25
US Open model - 6/25

Accelerator:

Black/Silver - 6/25
White/Navy/Orange - 6/25

The Yonex SHT 305s are also a durable shoe. Very stable too.
