I use the Twist for my 2nd serve since it seems just as easy to hit topspin, but I can mess with my opponent more.

he means a kick serve.

isnt a kick serve a topspin serve? or no because a kick serve, kicks to the right when it lands?

a kick serve technically IS a topspin serve, but the kick has a lil twist on it.

a kick serve is what it sounds like. It kicks to the opposite direction as it lands. A topspin serve adds extra spin as it hits the ground, but towards the same direction.

i classify a twist as being a very strong kick. one that comes in more like a strong slice and bites hard and high. its really a matter of personal opinion though, since they're technically the same thing.

i thought you meant kick and american twist. both of which rapes me bad. so i voted fro both.

yeah this is an arguable topic, i don't think you can do a good topspin serve without getting some kick, its so hard to get the racquet going straight up the ball 6 to 12.

My kick serve automatically has a little bit let to right bounce though not very much. I voted for both because in a match it is useful to have both as it keeps your opponent guessing more.
