shoulder pains help

im not sure how it happened, but yesterday wheni hit a forehand, all of a sudden i heard my shoulder pop, and now i cant even hit the ball without my shoulder hurting. can anybody tell me the problem and how i can treat it?

you should probably go to a doctor. sounds like a rotator cuff injury. dont play any tennis until you see someone who knows what they're talking about

We need a rubber stamp that says something similar every time someone asks a serious health question. We should not be practicing medicine without a license and most doctors would be loathe to practice medicine over the internet.
