I am trying to strengthen my core and im doing a lot of crucnches everyday. My question is, is it still an effective workout if you are not sore afterwards? Like I just finshed a pretty tough workout and yet i find that i am not sore at all, and not sore the next day either. Does that mean I am doing too little or what?

i assume you are talking about ab crunches? i have never been sore after doing them,only during the workout itself.

if its easy for you i would suggest holding weights.
