Should I "lead" my forehand with my shoulder, upper arm or lower arm? Thank you in advance.

A poster just aske this quesiton and I provided film of Haas. It is clear that the elbow leads the forward motion. We are talking about the upper body only right?

I initially posed the question; BB provides great insight. Do a search for my topics - well worth a look !!!

Yes, upper body only. I read the thread and it answered my question perfectly. Thank you. I was trying to "lead" with my shoulder and I injured my shoulder doing that. BTW, I read your recommendation about the wonder wedge and ordered a few for myself. Can't wait to try it out.
