View Full Version : Weaving one ahead with polyester

Besides not weaving one ahead, is there any other option besides weaving one ahead while stringing polyester? This is because the string that is being weaved one ahead molds to the mains that it is resting on due to the nature of polyester strings. It makes it very hard to pull it through the racket while also bending/weakening the string.

I'm not sure I understand your post, but I string Lux, Hurricane, Ballistic, Enduro Tour and so on and do all of them with a one ahead weave.
Try weaving in a deep V pattern. If you go to sptennis.com and watch the speed stringing video from 2002, you will see the V pattern in all its glory.
