God The Usta Is Confusing!!!

I'm trying to find a good tournament for me and my doubles partner (boy) to play this summer but I can't find any on the southern section website in north carolina he's a strong 4.0 player and I'm a strong 4.5 player and we're looking to play singles and boys doubles can anyone help us find a good tournament and which level should we play 1,2,3,4, or 5

click juniors then tournaments, click draws
select southern/NC section, search and select your tournament

If you're a junior your NTRP rating won't matter; it's your USTA ranking that counts.
