ive realised that as i launch for the ball on my first serve i usually end up supinating my forearm before i swing to get my racket into position, because if i dont then my racket face is already facing the court at the beginning of my swing
its really hard to explain. but what i think is wrong is my racket drop

at 10 seconds she starts dropping so that by the time she starts to pull up again the racket face is facing sideways and she can pronate through
but with me, something goes wrong during the drop and by the time i pull up my racket has already pronated somehow (or it was just dropped like that)

I am not sure what you are talking about but perhaps it is waiter's tray (the racquet face is parallel to ground prior to hitting the ball), which is usually a result of arming the ball.

In that case, you need to relax your arm during the serve.
