The question is whether he will win again in Wimledon. I think if courts are the same and Rafa improves more, Rafa will win next year. And Fed's win stops.

But if courts are made faster or Rafa has some injury then Fed wins.
Or if Fed plays like he played in 5th set, then he wins

If they still work Nadal so hard on the clay season next year, I don't know Nadal's chance. And nobody on the horizon steps up, can't go wrong with Fed's chance.

Basically you've just covered every eventuality, except the fact that someone else, beside the 2 mentioned, could win.
