View Full Version : Good exercises for top of tris/back of shoulders?

Any recommendations? I feel like this is one of the toughest area on the body to define, but maybe I just need some good exercises to do the trick.

well if you want definition you have to run a lot and lose weight but... lat pull is a pretty good machine for your back shoulders if you go to a gym or for the... for triceps you should just go to a gym and find out cause it's pretty easy if you go to a gym

I think you're trying to define the posterior deltoids. Type that into your search and you'll probably find what you were looking for.

I love the site too. There is so much information on every part of the body! All of the little muscles and bones and the ranges of motion and the stretches and the charts and the....love that site.

Just did the shoulder workout from the site and it was the best shoulder workout I've had in years! I know I'll be sore tomorrow.
