Do you guys have any experience on blending different gauges in mains and crosses? With same string type or different string type? I'd love to know before I string Head Rip Control 17 in mains and Wilson Sensation 16 in Crosses. Thanks

In my experience with RC thicker crosses soft strings gouge doesn't affect playability much, but improve mains strings life and prevent them from moving. Sensation 15 would be even better
