Alright, I know this might be a stupid question but federer uses continental on his slices right? Also, i'm also wondering what you must do to perform a federer slice, like the steps to doing it.

Thanks

His is not anything special.

If you are new to slices, think of it as an umpire saying "Safe!" and waving his arms back. The racquet travels with a slightly open faces high to low to high again. Don't chop.

yeah, if you watch his slice, you can tell that he moves "through" the ball very well, and doesn't chop at all. he also does a good job at mixing up his slives. sometimes he'll slice "across" his body, and will put left to right spin on the ball into ussually the crosscourt, and then sometimes if the ball is low, he'll put a right to left spin on the ball, sending the ball up the line. also he cups the ball sometimes and produces the dropper.

Yeah i've been playing tennis for a whle but never actually took up to learn on the slice. I just recently took up on it, so im guessing federer uses continental as well?
